This Self-Care Training is designed for professionals who work with people in recovery and want to stay healthy, resilient, and effective in emotionally demanding roles. Participants will learn what self-care really means in behavioral health work, including how burnout and compassion fatigue develop and how intentional habits and boundaries can prevent them.
Attendees will leave with practical tools, reflective insight, and a personalized self-care plan they can immediately apply in their daily work. This training supports professionals in maintaining balance, strengthening their well-being, and sustaining long-term commitment to recovery-focused practice. The $30 fee must be paid to receive the training link.
