This training is designed for professionals who work with people in recovery and want a clearer understanding of how stress and trauma affect the mind and body. The training explores practical, person-centered approaches for recognizing trauma responses and applying best practices across a variety of recovery-focused settings.
Participants will also learn how exposure to trauma impacts helpers and how to recognize signs of vicarious stress. Through interactive discussion, attendees will gain practical strategies to build resilience, support self-care, and sustain effectiveness in their work with individuals who have experienced adversity. There is a cost for this traiining of $30. If the payment is not recieved you will not be sent the training link. Please pay online when you register.
