The training is designed for professionals who work with people in recovery and want to recognize and manage the effects of stress in helping roles. Participants will learn to identify warning signs, understand risk factors, and explore strategies to prevent and cope with compassion fatigue and burnout.
Through interactive exercises, attendees will develop a personalized self-care plan and gain practical tools to sustain resilience, maintain well-being, and continue providing effective, balanced support in recovery-focused settings. There is a cost for this training of $30. If the payment is not received you will not be sent the training link. Please pay online when you register.
