The TAADAS Communication Skills training is intended to offer support for those who are currently Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS).  Certified Peer Recovery Specialists who incorporate the skills effective communication build a knowledge base of intuitive self-awareness thus increasing the long-term commitment to the occupation.  This training will explore and differentiate the skills and training issues unique to CPRS staff.  CPRS staff work in many different roles with many different type programs – each has unique issues that make it necessary to have effective communication skills.  The training also explores the four styles and types of communication, strengths and weaknesses of each type of communication, and ways to improve communication in the workplace to include active listening. The cost of the training is $30.00. Your registration fee must be paid prior to the training or you will not be able to participate. There are no promo codes for this training.
