The TAADAS Problem Solving and Conflict Management training is intended to offer support for those who are current Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS).  Certified Peer Recovery Specialists who incorporate the skills of problem solving and conflict management build a knowledge base of intuitive self-awareness thus increases the long-term commitment to the occupation.  This training will explore and differentiate the skills and training issues unique to CPRS staff.  CPRS staff work in many different roles with many different type programs – each has unique issues that make it necessary to have problem solving and conflict management skills.  The training also explores avoiding group think, team building and the ability to see the value in a pros and cons list as valuable to decision making. This training is $20 per person.
