As part of our celebration of Recovery Month 2025, TAADAS has partnered with the TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and Samaritan Recovery Community to highlight the strength and breadth of the recovery community.
Linking hands to form a human chain across the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge in Nashville will show support for recovery in Nashville - this event will illustrate the importance of support and connection in the recovery journey.
In addition to the human chain, the event will feature community booths, food trucks, and family-friendly activities, creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for all. Whether you're in recovery or simply supporting the cause, this is a chance to stand together and spread hope across Nashville.
We’re excited to come together for this meaningful event during Recovery Month 2025. The human chain across the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge symbolizes the strength and unity within the recovery community. Whether you're in recovery, supporting a loved one, or standing in solidarity, your presence matters. Let’s show Nashville the power of connection and support on this journey. We look forward to seeing you there!
There will be free parking near the bridge but we encourage those that are able to park at Samaritan Recovery Community. Our Friends at Samaritan will provide free parking and shelter if needed. They are located at 410 South 5th Street and their parking entrance is on 5th Street. It is a 10-minute walk to the bridge from their location. Water will be provided.
